I recently spent some time catching up with my favourite tv shows. That we only have 24h days sucks.
Stargate SG-1 is still a lot of fun to watch, and lately I’ve felt it’s actually gotten a lot better. Who would’ve thought that could happen on the 10th season of a show. Unfortunately the spin-off Atlantis hasn’t really improved. The only thing that keeps me watching is McKay. A similar situation to the holodoc in Star Trek Voyager.
Battelstar Galactica though is slipping. It’s still somewhat fun to watch, great characters and environments, but they really need to tighten things up a bit story wise. It’s starting to go the same way as Lost, a series I completely lost interest in somewhere in the second season. A confusing mess with no apparent sense of direction or plan. Hopefully there is a plan, and all the confusion will start to make sense soon.
I’ve also watched a few episodes of Smallville and I really like the JLA direction it’s heading in at the moment.

Maybe, but probably not, it will be fun to watch. If it gets picked up that is.

Not anything new, but I just found out. A spinoff series has been announced called Caprica. I really like the new Battlestar Galactica series but the description of this spinoff just scares me.
Caprica will weave together corporate intrigue, techno-action and sexual politics into television’s first science fiction family saga
If it gets produced I’ll probably give it a shot anyways. Can’t get enough sci-fi I guess.

The Battlestar Galactica characters drawn as Simpsons characters. Most of them are at least worth a short chuckle
The drunk Tigh was the best I think.

Gateworld reports that season three of Battlestar galactica wont start until October. That’s a whole lot of time to wait for the resolution of the season two cliffhanger ending. If it does end with a cliffhanger that is. Poor me

Now this series just keeps getting better and better. I’ve even gone so far that I’ve bought the miniseries and season one on dvd. Have I gone mad?
Anyways, the finale will apparently be an extended 90-minute episode of Battlestar Galactica fun. Looking forward to seeing it, but considering the last end of season cliffhanger maybe I should wait.
Read more about it over at *** contains minor plot spoilers *** comingsoon.net (via GamersCircle).
According to TV Week Battlestar Galactica will get a third season. This is great news, for me at least since I love the show. Wonder if I expect to much though and will be disappointed in January when season two continues.

Apparently I am Wesley Crusher. Does that mean I can be incredibly annoying or what?
